Yes, the Acura RDX has third row seating, though some passengers may find it a bit cRamped. You can officially fit 5 people in this crossover, with a total passenger volume of 104Cubic feet. Headroom iS40 inches in the front and 38 inches in the back seats. Leg room iS42 inches in the front and 38 inches in the back, and hip room iS50 inches in the rear and 55 in the front. If You're hauling non-human type cargo, You'll have 58.9 cubic feet behind the front row and 29.5 cubic feet behind the second as well as the third. Please be careful of folding humans for extended lengths of time, as it may break them.

The Acura RDX does not have 3 row seating, the MDX does. I contacted a local dealership due to this post because I am in the market for a MDX and the RDX size would fit me better if it did have 3 rows, it does not. The Acura RDX seats 5 people.
