The 2003 Nissan Altima did not have an AUX input as standard. Instead You'll need to install one using an after market kit. These after market kits range in price from $20 to $60 but before You even purchase one You'll need to unbolt Your current radio to see if You even have the ability to use one. There will be 6 bolts holding the radio on place. Once You undo them You'll need to pull out Your stereo and look at the rear of it to see if there is an extra port. If You have one You can install the kit in to it.

No, but that can be easily and cheaply remedied with an aftermarket head unit.
