The 2010 Honda CR-V only has bluetooth available as an option on the EX-L trim model, the other trims do not have it. 2010 was a time where bluetooth was not as common in cars as it is today, so it had not yet made it into every new car. Bluetooth is used in the top trim CR-V for hands free calling, and as an Audio source. You can pair Your smartphone, or Your bluetooth enabled MP3 player to Your car and use Your car's speakers and microphone to make calls. As of 2012 it looks like bluetooth was available on all trims of the CR-V as they updated the infotainment system to include it.

The 2010 Honda CR-V has available Bluetooth capability only in the EX-L trim level. The EX and LX do not have Bluetooth available.
