Yes, all vehicles manufactured after a certain year are required to have an ODB port so You can diagnose Your own vehicle problems. The port in the 2014 Toyota Corolla can be found beneath the steering wheel and on the right side of it a bit. It should be easy to see when You get down there looking for it and it will be a white connector that is clearly made for something to be plugged into it. You will need to get Your own OBD-2 scanner which is more affordable than You may think. You can pick up a pretty basic one for $25 but a more reliable one is going to be closer to $50. Still well worth it to know what is wrong with Your car before bringing it to a dealer. -
