The 2015 Chevy Malibu does have the option to connect to wifi. That said it does not have the option to generate its own wifi, so You will need to connect it to an external source. That said if Your phone can become a hotspot then You can use that.

The 2015 Chevrolet Malibu does have Wi-Fi hotspot capabilities, offering 3GB or the first three (3) months, whichever comes first, of 4G LTE data. There are additional plans available starting at $5 per month.
