The 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe came standard with a 3.3L V6 engine and Hyundai gave no option this year to have any other motor in this vehicle. This V6 is going to run on a timing chain system. All Hyundai Santa Fe vehicles made froM2013 onward will run on timing chain systems. These are expected to last over 300,000 miles so it's unlikely You'll need to replace it at all over the life of Your vehicle. If You do end up need to replace it a full new kit will cost between $100 and $190. If You're going to take it in to a shop then the total of parts and labor is going to be between $600 and $1100.
