The 2017 Cadillac XTS offers a full-color Head-Up Display (HUD) that presents valuable performance and entertainment info right on Your windshield for easy viewing. A heads-up display may project vehicle information such as GPS maps, speed, temperature, and other information to a film on the windshield or directly to the windshield. It keeps Your eyes on the road while You are looking at directions or checking the status of Your vehicle's engine fluids. If You look at a head-up display as a safety feature designed to keep Your eyes on the road and not looking down at an infotainment display, trying the tech makes sense. Head-up displays are worth considering but are far from a must-have feature.

Being a large luxury car, consumers expect a variety of technology features on the XTS. One of the features you can get on the Premium Luxury or Platinum trim is a heads-up display. Not only is this an interesting piece of technology but, it also contributes to the safety of the vehicle as all of the necessary information is right in front of the driver. The driver can see it and the road at the same time instead of having to glance down to see the dashboard.
