The 2017 Chevy Cruze's does come equipped with an intuitive 7-inch touch-screen infotainment system that comes with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, bluetooth, a USB port, a Wi-Fi hot spot, and a rearview camera. You will need a compatible iPhone to use the features of the app but it does work very well. You will also have to download the CarPlay app on Your phone as well for it to work properly. The way Apple CarPlay works is that it allows You to view some of Your iPhone applications on the infotainment screen of Your vehicle so that You can use them while in Your vehicle. All in a way that is built to help You remain focused on the road, You can get directions, make calls, send and receive texts, and listen to music.

Apple CarPlay is a more recent technology that has become increasingly popular. The 8-inch touchscreen with MyLink is Apple CarPlay capable. This feature is standard on the LT and Premier trims. The L and LS still have touch screen interfaces but, they are 7-inch screens and are not Apple CarPlay capable. All trim levels are equipped with Bluetooth and so can be paired with any smartphone to play music and use the phone's navigation.
