The 2018 Honda Accord has blind spot detection in some of the higher-end models. It is not a standard feature, though, and will cost extra money. This system will have sensors in some areas where You cant see from the front. It will display on the front of the console what is there and give You warnings about what is coming. If the system is not working then You may need to check the fuse box to make sure it has not blown. If it has then You will be able to change it out with only a little bit of work. Fuses are cheap, about 10 dollars, so they should not be too bad to replace

The 2018 Honda Accord EX and above (EX-L, Touring), all have blind spot detection. However, all models have adaptive cruise control and lane departure warning / lane keep assist
