Some reasons for vibration problems in a Ford Transit are bad leaf springs, worn bearings, or bad shocks. It could also be a problem with the motor mounts that will allow the engine to vibrate when driving at highway speed at 50 - 70 mph in which the engine will vibrate ultimately causing the car to shake violently. These problems do not have warning indicators that will be displayed and no-fault code displayed as well. There have been complaints filed by consumers and the NHTSA investigations have revealed various defects that are plaguing the Ford Transit. Some of the issues have been resolved and the newer models do not have these issues.
