The michelin tires might come on the 2018 xt5 Cadillac because it depends on the dealer. This part will need to be changed eventually. You should change Your tires every 30,000 to 50,000 miles or so. You don't want to get into any accidents on the road. Making sure Your tires are in the best condition is key to not crashing. You will come into problems with this part at some time or another. Check for holes, in case You run over something sharp. The part might become loose at some point. Premature tire wear is something to be on the lookout for. You might run into feathering issues. You could face cupping problems. Make sure to inspect the tire pressure once a month.

Michelin tires can be purchased aftermarket for the 2018 Cadillac XT5 if one so choose. It is of the discretion of the dealership/seller of the XT5 as to what tires come on it. There is no way to guarantee what brand of tires come on the vehicle because there are no brand new, 2018 Cadillacs straight from the factory at this stage in 2019. The Cadillac XT5 base and Luxury models can be equipped with 235/65R18 Michelin Latitude Tour, Latitude Tour HP, Defender LTX M/S or Latitude X-Ice X12. The XT5 Premium Luxury and Platinum can use 235/55R20 Michelin Premier LTX, Latitude Tour HP and Primacy Tour A/S tires. All of these are for the XT5's 20 inch wheel base. When requesting a current, 2019 XT5 from local dealerships it does not specify, either, the brand of tire that comes with it. Just that they are all season tires.
