If Your TPMS light is on in Your Chevy Trax the first thing You should do is inspect Your tires and make sure to add air to them. If they are low You will want to fill them to the pressures recommended on the sticker inside the driver's door jamb. Once they are all filled then You can reset Your TPMS light. To reset the TPMS light all You need to do is put the vehicle in the on position and then press and hold the reset button that is located on the dash to the right of the steering wheel. After that You will need to drive for about ten minutes to let the sensors full reset.

Make sure that the tire pressures are right to reset the chevy trax tpms. Switch on the ignition, then press the reset button and hold it. You'll find it low on the instrument panel and to the right of the steering wheel. Keep down the button until the tpms indicator light blinks steadily 3 times in the instrument panel.

On 2018 Trax the reset button is on the turn signal lever that is on the left side of the steering column. When you push on it there are several menus and allows some data to be reset. Whether the tire pressure data and/or sensors can be reset on this 2018 Trax, I don't know since I've not tried it.
