To reset the tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) in a 2012 Ford F-250, park the vehicle and turn the engine off. Locate the recommended tire pressure, which is on the placard in the driver's side door jamb. Turn the key in the ignition to ON, which is the position just before starting the engine. Turn the hazard flashing lights on and off and repeat this two more times within a 10-second period. When done properly, the horn will chirp to let You know reset mode has been started. Next, increase or decrease air pressure in all tires, starting with the left front one and working clockwise around the vehicle. When the horn chirps, You can move to the next tire. Once all four tires are done, turn the ignition off and then adjust the air pressure to the recommended amount in all tires in the same order as before. When You turn the vehicle on, the light should be off, but if it's not, You can try driving it for 10 minutes at speeds above 30 miles per hour to help finish the resetting process.

To reset the tire pressure monitor or tpms system in your 2012 ford f250 vehicle, turn the ignition key to the "on" position and depress the tpms button, usually located under the dash, until the tpms light blinks several times. Start your vehicle and let it run for at least 20 minutes and your tpms system should be reset.
