The firSTStep in resetting the tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) in a 2016 Porsche Cayenne is to become familiar with the air pressure Your tires need. You can find this information on the placard on the inside of the door. Turn the key in the ignition to ON, but don't start the engine. In the Main Menu of the driver display, select the TPCC/TPM option. Select Pressure, followed by Settings. From here, You will need to select the tire size and type. Make sure the air pressure is accurate in all four tires. It's a good idea to activate the sensor in each one by letting about 5 psi of tire pressure out and then re-inflate to the appropriate amount. When You're finished, drive the vehicle for 30 minutes at a MINImum of 30 miles per hour. The system should receive updated data from all sensors and turn the light off.

To reset the tire pressure monitor or tpms system in your 2016 porsche cayenne vehicle, turn the ignition key to the "on" position and depress the tpms button, usually located under the dash, until the tpms light blinks several times. Start your vehicle and let it run for at least 20 minutes and your tpms system should be reset.
