The fuel cut off system in a 2017 Jeep Renegade is tied to the airbag system. Usually when the vehicle detects a situation where the airbags may deploy it will automatically cut off Your fuel so that it does not become a potential for a fire hazard. To reset the system make sure that Your turn signals are in a neutral position. Turn the ignition on, turn the right turn signal on, turn the left turn signal on, turn the right turn signal on, turn the left signal on, now turn the turn signals off. After that turn the ignition completely off. Now make sure that the emergency flashers are off. This will reset the fuel system and should allow the pump to turn back on again.

To reset the 2017 jeep renegade fuel cut off you will locate the inertial trigger or airbag control module of your car. The owner's manual should give you the exact location, but if you don't try looking inside the center console, under the front seats, behind the glove compartment, or behind the driver's or passenger-side kick panels. Press the button on the inertial switch; this should be properly identified as the reset of the fuel pump and may be in a different color to the case. Remove the inertia switch cover by either loosing the plastic clips or removing the screws that hold it in place. You'll see one of three things inside the switch: a button, a circuit breaker-type switch or a fuse. Push the button or flip the switch back to its original position.
I have 2019 Jeep Compass. The system fuel cut off on on it. And I tried to reset it by turning the signals and the ignition and this stuff and then didn’t work any ideas please
