There is not a proper way to reset the air suspension on the 2000 mercedes s430 per se. What You can do is remove the battery cables and let the car sit for about 30 to 60 minutes. This will allow the charge to go out of the computer, which will mean it will lose its short term memory. By doing this You will force it to reset the air suspension. That said You will have a lot of other things reset as well, so this can be a pain to deal with this. This is also not a guarantee to work, as this is more of a by-product and not an intentional design. If it does not reset then You will need to pull the battery and wait longer.
