The oil change light on Your 2016 Ford F-350 needs to be reset after every oil change so that the system can determine when the next oil change is due. If You don't reset the light, You will find that Your vehicle will indicate that You need another oil change sooner than would be necessary. The procedure only takes a few moments. First, turn the ignition to the "Run" position. Then, use the controls to the left of the steering wheel to go through the Menu and select "Settings" and then "Vehicle." Now, select "Oil Life Reset %" and then "OK" You may need to wait for a few minutes but You have completed the procedure and You can turn Your ignition off.

Press and release the trip/reset button repeatedly to cycle through the available on-screen options until the display reads oil life = x*x% hold reset.
