Typically, the best way of resetting the low tire pressure warning light or TPMS malfunction indicator on the 2017 Hyundai Sonata is to fill the tire that's indicated as having low air pressure with compressed air to the proper PSI. If You've already done this, note it can take a bit for the onboard computer to catch up; try driving Your car for 10 minutes at 50 mph to give it a chance to register the change. If the light seems "stuck", You can try over-inflate the tire a little, then drive around for a bit until it goes off, and deflate the tire back to the normal PSI. Of course, You can also go to a Hyundai dealership to have it reset for free, as this service is covered under their 5 year bumper to bumper warranty. Some trims do have an actual TPMS reset button, which is located just under the steering wheel. If Yours is equipped with this, and You're certain there aren't issues with the tires, You can turn the key to the "on" position and hole this in until You see the light blink three times, then start the car and let it run for 20 minutes, which should be long enough for the system to reset.

To reset the tpms on the 2017 hyundai sonata make sure the tire pressure is correct, then turn on the vehicle. Now hit the reset button that is to the right of the steering wheel and wait ten minutes. In some cases you may need to hold the button down till the light flashes.
