If Your climate control is not working in Your BMW E46 You will first want to try to reset the system before You do anything else. In order to reset the climate control system You will need to disconnect the battery cables and make them touch each other for at least ten minutes. This will drain the electrical capacity out of the vehicle and allow the system to reset. If this does not solve the problem then You will want to check the fuses and relays that go to the AC system.
