To reset the BMW light control module You will need to go to a shop. The light control module is under the dash, to the left of the steering wheel. You will need to connect an OBD scanner to the system and reset it through that. If You have one at home then You can do it Yourself, but most likely You do not have one. If You go to a shop they will do it for about 100 dollars, and it should take about an hour of Your time. You could try pulling the fuse for it, but this is unlikely to do what You want, so best to juSTSuck it up and take it in.

To reset the BMW Light control module you will need a diagnostic tool to connect to the vehicle and manually reset the error code.
