Resetting the battery in Your Jaguar XF, is easy to do. It will take around 5 to 10 minutes of Your time. The first thing You should do is get inside Your car, and make sure the ignition is off. Next, go to the front of Your vehicle, and open the hood. Remove the terminals from their connections to the battery. Wait for a count of at least 30 seconds to pass before reconnecting the terminals to the battery. Now, start Your engine. The battery should now be reset.

No need to follow the Jaguar calibration procedure of disconnecting the battery, simply change the pads, press the foot brake pedal hard three or four times, finally keep your foot pressed hard on the brake foot pedal, then switch on ignition and lift up hand brake lever on centre consul, voila job done
