The life of a FIAT 500e battery is expected to last approximately 100,000 miles. Getting a replacement of thiS-TYPE will cost You about 110 to 140 dollars from moSTStores. To put a new battery in You will first need to remove the old battery. To do this first remove the negative and positive cables. This will allow You to get to the bolts that hold the battery in place. Remove those as well and then You will be able to pull it up. The battery is quite heavy, so make sure You pull straight up and then move it out. Now put the new one down and bolt it back in, then connect the battery cables and You will be done.

So, it's warranty is for 8 years. And the battery replacement answer above, is for the 12 battery that runs the dashboard. Not the traction battery that powers the drive train.
