First, make sure You don't overfill Your Porsche Panamera; it'll take up to 8 quarts of oil, but You don't want to stress the seals by putting too much pressure on them. You should have Your oil ready before You begin: any synthetic 5W-30 should be good. Yes, You can use conventional, but You really shouldn't, especially on a Porsche! So, first, You'll need to pop the hood; You'll want to have Your vehicle parked for this; I know some of our readers in Florida scorn such things, but trust me, it's going to be much easier to effectively add oil when You're not trying to drive at the same time. OK, so, with the hood open, now You'll want to remove the oil cap, which is going to have a symbol of a little oil lamp and a droplet of oil. Just go ahead and unscrew that. Then, unscrew the cap of the bottle of oil. Now, using a funnel, or if You've got really good aim, going directly into the oil, pour in about 1/4 of a quart. Give it a moment to settle, and measure with the dipstick; if You need more, repeat the step of adding, until You've got adequate oil in Your engine.

To change the oil on the porsche panamera you need to pull the plug and let it drain out, it will take about an hour, then you need to put the plug in and put fresh oil in.
