To change a tire on a Ford Transit the first thing You will need to do is make sure You are parked on level ground and put the van in park and engage the parking brake. Once You have done that go to the back of the vehicle to get the spare tire and the tool kit and jack out. First You will want to loosen Your lug nuts 1/4 of a turn using the tire iron while the car is still on the ground. Next jack it up using the included jack at one of the lift points on the car. Remove the lugs the rest of the way, then remove the wheel. Place the replacement wheel on the vehicle and get the lugs hand tight and lower it back down. Finally once it is down torque the lugs down using the tire iron.
