The first thing You should do is crawl under the truck and locate the bolts where the bumper attaches to the frame at the back of Your truck. After that You can remove the bolts and unclip it from the rain guard on the bottom of the truck. Once those bolts are free go to the top and look for the two bolts that are in the top of the bumper and remove those and then You can lift the bumper off and remove it.
