Removing the Turbocharger from Your Chevy Cruze is not an easy task, You will need a good amount of experience and tools. The first thing You need to do is disconnect the battery and then remove the intake and air filter box. From there You have to remove the heat shield and unbolt the headers at the front of the engine. From under the car You will need to remove the bolts holding the turbo shield and turbo to the exhaust. At this point You need to find and disconnect all the different coolant and oil lines that run to the turbo. You should now be able to wiggle the header and turbo out in one piece from above.
