Removing the bench seat in a Chevy Express Van is a pretty easy thing to do. All You will need are some sockets and a ratchet to be able to take it out. The first thing You should do is find the four bolts that are screwed into the floor of the van from the legs of the bench. They are at the four corners of the bench seat. Next You can remove those bolts using a socket. Once all the bolts have been removed check the bottom of the seat for the wiring harness and disconnect that if there is one. Next You can remove the bench seat out the rear door of the van. I recommend putting the bolts back in the floor to prevent the holes from getting damaged.
