In order to connect a device to the bluetooth in your 2014 Nissan Altima you're first going to need to give the vehicle power but don't start the engine. Now look to your steering wheel. You're going to see a button that has a phone call icon on it. You need to hold down this button for several seconds and then a code will appear. Now open up the device you want to pair to your vehicle and go to it's bluetooth section usually at the top bar. Now from here you can select your car and enter your code. Once the code is entered you should get confirmation that they are now bonded together.
