Putting a Kia Sportage into 4 wheel drive mode is fairly easy to do, and will take around 4 to 8 minutes of Your time. The first thing You will need to do is go to the driver's side of Your vehicle, and get inside. Now, place the car into neutral, or park via the gear shifter. Next, put Your foot on the brake. Now, grab hold of the transfer case stick shift. Firmly move it into the 4 X4 position. Your vehicle should now be fully set to 4 wheel drive mode.

To turn on To order to engage the 4-wheel drive in the Kia Sportage, you would need the driver to change the transfer case to the four-wheel drive, selecting either high or low-range gearing. The driver will then turn the switch that opens the vacuum control lever, transfer the vacuum to the front lock hubs, and connect it to the drive axles.

OIf driven in the wrong mode ie the pwr light on the dashboard is lit up yet you continue driving without stitching mode while on the freeway the car drives fine.
