Cruise control is a good system to use if You are driving on the highway and want to make sure to keep Your vehicle cruising at a certain speed without You having to use Your gas or brake pedal. Setting Your cruise control is an easy thing to do. First You will want to press the cruise control button on the steering wheel to turn it on. Accelerate to the speed that You want to maintain and then press SET once You get there. If You want to go faster You can press +RES to go faster in 1 mile per hour increments. To slow down You can press -SET to decrease it by one mile per hour at a time. If You need to cancel cruise control either press cancel or press on the brake pedal and it will disengage.

To set the cruise control on a toyota highlander press the button at the end of the cruise stalk, then you can set the speed by pressing down on the stalk and adjust by bumping up and down the stalk.
