To stop navigation on a Toyota Highlander You need to go into the apps section of the menu. Go down to navigation, and then select cancel. This will stop it from navigating for You. It will also stop when You get to the destination.

To stop navigation in your toyota highlander, locate apps on the faceplate and press it. Select navigation and then destination. Locate the push-to-talk button fond on your steering wheel and press it and then say "cancel route" and the route guidance will stop.
