You can try to ctivate the manual park release. To do this, You need to apply pressure on the brake while seated, and apply the parking brake as well. Now, using a small screwdriver, remove the manual park release cover, which should be located on the lower left side of the steering wheel column. There should be a red tether strap visible inside. Pull out the tether strap, and then release it. This should allow You to put the transmission in neutral and now You should be able to move the vehicle. You should refrain from driving the car any significant distance if the parking brake is stuck in place. This could result in wear and tear of various parts of the braking system.
