Ford Transit vehicles do not come equipped with a standard customer accessible provision for the beep on the reverse signal. The factory-installed tail lamp reverse circuits are designed to power the factory-installed reverse lamps and cannot support additional electrical loads. Installing aftermarket equipment that requires a reverse signal is directed to use the reverse trailer tow circuit. This circuit is fuse protected to 10 amps. The following steps are to be used to determine what equipment features the vehicle may be equipped with, and how to access the reverse signal. Please note that some vehicles may require a re-flash to activate the reverse circuit. Vehicles built after 01/28/15 will have this new progRamming built-in."

Put your car into reverse. You will hear the beeping sound start. Hit the "reset" stem on the center dash. Hold it down, then release it.

If you mean the reverse alert garbage, there is no way to permanently "kill" it using the controls and settings... Same with the lane assist and "pre collision" malfunctioning trash. There are ways around them. I glued the "parking alert" button down so the vehicle starts with it set to "off". Another way is to connect a trailer wiring "test plug" to the rear connector so it always thinks a trailer is hooked up, which disables the park alert.
