How to turn off speed limit exceeded Cadillac?

You're driving down the road, when You suddenly notice that a light has appeared on Your dashboard. While most lights are indications that something is wrong, or it is time for routine maintenance of oils, filters, and components, the speed limit exceeded light is something different. It has the unique purpose of letting You know when You are going over the set speed limit (usually set by You, the driver) and can be turned off fairly easily. All You need to do is check where it says speed warning, press select to adjust. Push down the select button, and turn off the limiter.
