To turn off the parking lights on your ford focus, you need to use the headlight dial. The dial is located by the left of the steering wheel, neat the air vent. It has 3 positions, and position 2 is the parking light. Position 4 will turn all lights off.

What Position 4? I'm using the 2007 Focus and I try to turn it a fourth time but nothing turns them off.
