The Fog lamps in Your 2014 Ford Fiesta can be used when driving conditions are hazardous or visibility is low. They work with a vehicle's low beams to shine headlights down on the road's surfaces. They work to MINImize the effect of heavy mist or condensation on a driver's line of vision. To engage the Fiesta's fog lamps, locate the right hand switch in the dash panel. It will appear as a black knob surrounded by white symbols. Turn the knob clockwise and to the right two notches to the "headlight" symbol. Once there, pull the switch out toward You. This action illuminates both the rear and front fog lights. Other options include high beams and automatic lamp settings.

There are no fog lamps/lights on the car the lights that you see are supplemental led parking lights and turn on when the headlights turn on.
