How to turn parking sensors on FIAT 500?

The FIAT 500 comes standard with parking sensors that are on the rear of the vehicle to help You when You are backing up to avoid items driving behind You. The sensors will automatically turn on whenever You shift into reverse and they will start making noise as soon as You are 30 centimeters away from an object. If Your parking sensors are not working the first thing You should check are the sensors themselves. If they get d***y, or have a loose connection, then they will not work properly and You may need to clean them or reconnect them. It is also possible for a sensor to fail and then that will need to be replaced to get the system working properly again.
