While there is a well known issue of the blend door actuator making a clicking noise on 2010 to 2015 Ford Fiestas there was never any official recall that was done for the vehicle. If You want to replace this part to get rid of that annoying clicking noise You will be looking at spending between $20 and $50 in parts and You can expect to spend about an hour on this job. If You want to instead take it in to a shop the total cost of parts and labor will be between $175 and $275.
