The Ford Focus does not have a recall for the motor mounts but they are a known issue with the vehicle and Ford is aware of the problem. The engine mounts in the vehicle begin to wear and break down which will cause noise and vibration which can especially be noticed during shifting. The broken motor mounts will create vibration and rattle noises inside the vehicle that can become pretty unbearable. IF You do not fix the issue eventually the motor mount will completely fail and break off which will allow the engine to move freely and cause damage to the engine or engine compartment. The usual cost for fixing a broken mount will range from $500 to $600 depending on the amount of labor required fr the fix.

They need to have a recall on the motor mounts on the Ford 2009 Ford Focus because you don't have to shift or anything for them amounts to wear out because I've got an automatic and mine's been wore out been fixed and wore out again so the mounts ain't no good or something they need to have a recall on

This is related to the lower motor mount. It happens during shifting and causes the problems during that part. It is due to very aggressive shifting.
