If the brake servos on the Ford transit are having issues then You will notice two major problems. The first is that the bearings will come loose in the sockets. This will lead to a humming or buzzing noise, as they will vibrate in place. In time they may end up falling out, so You will need to have this looked at. Note that loose bearings can come from a couple of reasons. The other major issue You will have is that the brakes will lock up. This may be minor, in that the car can be driven but the breaks will ride hot, or it may be major in that they are clamped down and will not work.
