The Sierra Nevada Edition was typically pushed in Canada, but You might see some of these for sale, used, down in the states. The package came on the SL Regular and Extended Cabs 1500 models, with either two wheel drive or four by four. Some of the features included custom cloth up-level seat trim, 17 inch aluminum wheels, tinted window glass behind the front door, a more heavy-duty suspension, decals indicating that it's a Sierra Nevada Edition, and C-HRomed stainless steel tubular side steps. For most people, though The most noticeable difference is the C-HRome door handles.

Yeah I noticed the wheels are 1-2" less in diameter than that of other typical models. Making this seem like it would be a much more widely used edition wanted as a "city truck" . I instantly upgraded the rims and tires to the typical 32.5" diameter and it looks and in my opinion, rides much better.
