The 2013 Nissan Altima doesn't have vehicle specific issues with its battery, so You can expect to deal with common automotive ones. These will include the battery being dead, or being weak. For the latter case, it's often due to the alternator starting to fail, assuming it's not the dead of winter. The battery dying is pretty explanatory, and will happen after 5 years, usually. You can take a meter out to it and verify it before making an expensive purchase. When replacing the battery on Your Altima, I recommend the DieHard Platinum AGM; this is maintenance free and pretty reliable, with 650 cold crank amps. You'll need group size 35, for whatever You buy.

If the 2013 nissan altima is having issues with the battery, they could be caused by a few things. A bad alternator will cause it to not charge, as can a bad battery cable. The battery itself could also be dead. Any of these issues will lead to electrical issues or will cause the vehicle to not start.
