The most common clutch problem with the Land Rover Defender Puma is the complete failure of the clutch. The customers need to get their clutch changed even before driving it for less than 50,000 miles only. Not only the clutch, but the flywheel, slave cylinder, and the master cylinder also need to be replaced at under 50,000 miles. This car has a reliability rating of less than 2.5. This means that it is a very high maintenance car with a yearly maintenance of more than $1200. So, if You are ever planning on buying this car, think hard as the reliability rating indicates that it is a relatively unreliable car.
