Owners of the Land Rover Discovery Sport frequently complain of experiencing problems with the SUV's keyless entry. If equipped, remote start will be activated with the fob, but depressing the unlock button fails to open the vehicle. Holding the key next to the driver's door does not enable the system either. Reports also detail the Discovery Sport's door handles failing and its inability to recognize the fob inside the car.
