Nissan never issued a full recall for the rear axle seals on the Nissan Titan but they did issue a service bulletin for it. This means that You're going to have to pay for the fix Yourself unless Your vehicle is still under warranty but given that this issue only effected models made froM2004 to 2008 it's highly unlikely You're going to have any kind of warranty still. A set of new seals for the rear axle will cost between $30 and $50. If You want a mechanic to do the replacement for You the entire cost of parts and labor will vary between $250 and $400.

Nissan issued a service bulletin for 2004-2008 Titans to install a new axle shaft assembly because of leaking gear oil from the seal.
