The most common problem with the Volvo XC60 sound system is usually caused by a software problem with the vehicle. If that is not the problem or the stereo will not turn on at all then You should check the fuse to it. If the fuse is damaged then You will need to replace it with a new one. The last thing to check is the wiring on the back of the head unit to make sure that it is connected tightly and free from damage.
