Depending on the model year, the maintenance schedule for the Toyota MR2 may vary. For the 1995 model year, it requires a conventional oil change every 5,000 miles. Every 7,500 miles the tires should be rotated. Beginning at the 30,000 mile mark the air filter and spark plugs are to be replaced and should have replacements done at the same interval. The coolant should be flushed and/or replaced beginning at 45,000 miles. Lastly the fuel cap gasket has a replacement schedule of every 60,000 miles.
