The fuel pump relay in a 2002 Ford F-350 with the 7.3L engine can be found in the main fuse panel that is located under the hood. You can use the cover on the panel to determine which relay is the one that You will need to replace to get the system working again. Replacing the fuel pump relay is also a good way to reset the fuel system if You are having problems with it. The fuel pump relay losing power will cause the pump to reset and reboot and that can often solve small problems that come up just like a reset switch would on older vehicles. When You start to lose fuel pressure You may notice Your truck running poorly and it may stall.

The 2002 ford f350 7.3 Has 2 junction boxes located on the driver's side wheel well under the hood. The box closest to the fender has the fuel pump relay in it.
I put the fuel pump and the truck doesn't start ..
