You'll find the yaw rate sensor on the 2003 Toyota 4Runner located bolted to the floor underneath the driver's seat. Need to perform a yaw rate sensor zero point calibration It's simple! First, turn the ignition switch off, and make sure the steering wheel is centered. Make sure You're in park. Turn the ignition switch on, but don't start the engine. Using a stripped wire, jumper TS and CG on the ODB-II connector. Verify that the slip indicator light turns on. If so, go ahead and turn off the ignition. Now, just turn the ignition on again (without turning on the engine) and leave it on for 5 seconds, and verify the slip indicator light comes on again. If so, You're good; disconnect the wires, and turn off the ignition.
