The 2010 Ford F-250 has a headlight bulb size as H13 for the low beams and the H6054 for the highbeam bulb size. The cost for the bulbs will range depending on the type and quality of the lights but they will usually range from $20 - $55 on average. To replace these headlights You will have to open up the hood and go just behind the headlight and remove the bulb. It should be able to twist out by turning it counter clockwise and then You can disconnect the wiring and replace the bulb. When putting the bulb back in You do the same thing. If You get the bulb in and the light beam is at the wrong angle for Your driving there will be a screw at the top of the headlight You can adjust it to the correct angle.
